We accept Medicare, and are currently in network with most BlueCross BlueShield plans in Texas, and we are contracted to bill BCBS for services provided if you carry a policy with them.
If you have a health insurance policy from another company, you may have "out of network" benefits that may still be applicable to our services, and we can submit claims to your insurance on your behalf, for the care you receive with us.
*If the situation stands that we are out of network, then services may be treated as "self-pay" and we will require payment up front for services rendered, from the price list below.
*If your insurance policy has benefits for out of network services and you have decided to allow us to courtesy bill your insurance for you, then any payment from them will be reimbursed to you directly from them. In the off chance that your insurance sends us the reimbursement amount, then we can either apply that amount to your account as a credit, send you a refund, or you contact the insurance to have them resend it to you directly.

Listed be low are the services we provide and their associated up front/self-pay prices. These are our "cash" prices without the involvement of insurance policies. Your actual cost may vary depending on your specific insurance plan and benefits. We encourage your to contact your insurance carrier to verify your benefits, however, we are happy to verify your benefits in office as soon as we have your policy information available.

Appointment visits outside of the clinic will incur a fee for travel to the site of the animal(s). For travel time up to 30 minutes, the fee is $15; for up to 1 hour, the fee is $25.
